This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the enquiry form on this website. It is written to be read, not to hide behind.

Who is responsible

Piardi Studio (formerly JP Creative), an independent creative and AI studio based in the United Kingdom, is the data controller for the information described here. The studio trades as PIARDI STUDIO. You can reach us at joonyfelix@gmail.com.

What we collect

• The name, email address and project description you type into the enquiry form.
• The company name and service of interest, if you choose to provide them. The company field is optional and the service field defaults to “not sure yet”.
• The date and time of your enquiry, the page you sent it from, and a confirmation reference such as PDS-7K2M4Q.
• A one-way hash of your connection's IP address and your browser's user-agent string, used only to stop spam and abuse. The raw IP address is not stored.
• Whether you ticked the consent box, and when.

There are no advertising cookies, no analytics scripts and no third-party trackers on this site. The AI Concierge demonstration runs entirely in your browser and does not send your messages anywhere.

Why we use it

To read your enquiry, reply to you and, if it goes further, to prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box before sending, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping the form free of spam.

Who else is involved

• Cloudflare hosts this website at www.piardistudio.lol, serves the pages and stores enquiries in a database on our behalf.
• Resend delivers the short notification email that tells the studio an enquiry has arrived. That email contains what you submitted and your email address, so a reply can be sent directly.

Both act as processors and only handle the data needed to provide those services. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

Your reference and notification status

When an enquiry is stored you receive a reference. You can use it to check whether the notification to the studio has been accepted by our email provider. That lookup answers with the status and timestamps only — it never returns your name, email address or message, and it cannot be used to read anyone else's enquiry.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact so we can pick up an earlier conversation, then deleted. Entries that our spam filters block are kept for up to 90 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted. References are not reused.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing joonyfelix@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
